This website is operated by Rebend Industries. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and any linked policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, plus any product safety, installation, or disclaimer pages. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2Online store terms

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. We will assist with tracking and carrier enquiries, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
8Returns and consumer rights
Our Returns Policy explains returns and the process to request support. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Australian customers have guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and New Zealand customers have similar rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebend Industries and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, savings, or data, arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased through the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or Service giving rise to the claim.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebend Industries and our officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
14Severability and termination
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate access if, in our sole judgment, you fail to comply with these Terms.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
16Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17Arbitration and class action waiver (United States only)
This section applies only if you are located in the United States.
You and Rebend Industries agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or any products purchased through the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. Unless you and Rebend Industries agree otherwise, the arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and may be conducted by telephone, video conference, written submissions, or in person as permitted by the applicable rules.
You and Rebend Industries agree that any dispute will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may award relief only in favour of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, then this arbitration requirement will not apply.
Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, unless a longer period is required by law.
